Mike Zerkle
Mike Zerkle founded Can Can Builders over 40 years ago with a simple belief: do the job right, communicate honestly, and treat every client's home as if it were your own. That philosophy has guided every project we've completed on Maui, from humble bathroom refreshes to major commercial renovations.
A Maui resident for decades, Mike knows the island's unique construction environment — the salt air, the humidity, the volcanic soil, and the building materials that stand up to tropical conditions. That local knowledge makes a real difference in the quality and longevity of every project we build.

Can Can Builders was founded on Maui in 1984. What started as a small operation has grown into one of the island's most trusted general contracting companies — without losing the personal touch and local accountability that has always defined us.
Over the decades, we've worked in every corner of Maui — from beachfront properties in Kihei and Wailea to upcountry estates in Kula and Makawao, from historic homes in Wailuku to North Shore retreats in Haiku and Paia.
